Nutritional Therapist


Learn to become a specialist in today’s fast growing health and nutrition sector. Work side by side with healthcare professionals and help others to achieve optimal health!

OVERVIEW

Paraprofessional training programs to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (www.nutritionaltherapy.com). Develop skills to assess nutritional status and learn how to offer effective dietary consultation. This is a 14-module program taught over 8 months which includes both class room and related activities. The training program concludes with an examination.

SCHEDULE

Classes start in September and are held over an 8th month period. Students will meet on Saturdays and Sundays for a total of 14 days.  In addition to classroom instruction, comprehensive instructional materials including student workbooks, reference materials, the lecture series on DVD and the nutritional assessment software are all included in the cost of tuition.

INSTRUCTOR

John Tjenos, Aston Patterning Practitioner, NTP.  John has built his career in holistic healthcare and is multi-disciplined in bodywork. He integrates functional nutrition with soma neuromuscular therapy, autonomic reflex techniques and Aston patterning.
